A gray PVC push-in style gaskets used exclusively on Randell units. Since most units that use this gasket have a magnet behind the plastic jamb to seal to the gasket on the door, these units can be quite finicky to door alignment problems. So pay close attention to door alignment of the old gaskets because small hinge tweaks can make a huge difference in getting a new gasket to seal.
